Objectives of the Role:

• Collaborate to Deliver Sustained Improvements: Enhance performance, quality, and consistency of practice across the team, achieving the best outcomes for children, young people, and adults.
• Develop Innovative Ways of Working: Ensure positive outcomes for adults and children.
• Represent and Promote the Service: Participate in relevant multi-agency meetings.
• Ensure Knowledge Transfer: Share best practices across the team and services.
• Ensure Effective Partnership Working and Engagement: Achieve and deliver these objectives.
• Formulate, Design, and Deliver Expert Evidence-Based Interventions.
• Engage in Strategic Development: Contribute to the growth and development of the team and service.
• Provide Professional Leadership, Guidance, and Mentorship: Support team members.
• Stay Updated on Practice Developments: Assist in the training of undergraduate and post-qualification social workers.
