Training Adviser
Accountable to the Regional Workforce Development Service Manager the successful candidate will have three years post qualifying experience working in a social care setting and hold a recognised relevant qualification e.g., degree in Social Work, degree in nursing, management, training/teaching.
The training adviser post will work to develop learning and development needs for children services social care staff. The post holder will design, plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate learning programmes which meet the needs of the identified staff and satisfy the regulatory and legislative requirements. Ensure the effective management of designated resources including financial management of budgets and physical resources such as equipment and learning materials. Administrate learning programmes in conjunction with others, keeping accurate records.
The successful candidate will identify and evaluate the post qualifying learning needs for staff in children services workers and contribute to the annual plan.
