Single Point of Access Advisor (2 posts) (Temporary for 1 Year)

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Adult Short Term Intervention is seeking to appoint 2 Single Point of Access Advisors. The Individuals will present a positive image of the Single Point of Access service as part of the Adult Services Information, Advice and Assistance (IAA) service to both public and professional contacts.
The role will provide appropriate information and advice, promote a culture of independence and positive outcomes when signposting to appropriate internal teams and external agencies.
You will add information to assessments to identify personal outcomes and identify risks. Keeping accurate records, maintaining and validating information about potential and current service users on the council's electronic system.
You will need an understanding of the principles and practice of Adult Social Care, you will need experience in working with people and work calmly under pressure.
