The Governing Body of Coedpenmaen Primary School is seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school that places wellbeing, equality, and inclusion at its core, with a strong focus on high-quality learning and pupil support. We are particularly looking for someone with a sound understanding of non-maintained nursery settings and experience of the Foundation Phase/foundation learning philosophy, who can support our youngest learners in a developmentally appropriate and play-based environment. Applicants who can also contribute to our current school-wide focus on anti-racism and inclusive education are strongly encouraged to apply. While this role will initially support early years provision, over time it may involve working flexibly across other areas of the school, depending on the needs of pupils and staff.
